As the veil thins...

This moment between equinox and solstice invites us to slow down a little more, to listen, to honor both what has ended and what is quietly beginning. Samhain reminds us that every descent holds the promise of renewal, that the dark is not empty but fertile.

Samhain Series Rituals: The Full Recap

All month on Instagram, I shared a series of Samhain rituals from my book, The Wheel of the Woman: An Almanac for Women’s Wellbeing.

These simple reminders serve as an invitation for you to honor the turning of the wheel by incorporating ritual into routine.

Choose your path and hold your own ritual tonight.

Introducing The Well

The Well is a collective account that builds slowly and steadily, so that when someone in our community is struggling, whether with sudden grief or life’s relentless heaviness, we have resources ready to soften the edges.

When you contribute, you become a Keeper of the Well, one of many tending this reservoir of love. Together, we ensure it never runs dry.

A special thank you to Haley L., our very first Keeper of the Well, who poured in the first $5 to help its waters begin to flow.

Emerging from Shadow Mālā

To begin filling The Well, we’ve partnered with The Spirit of Ray on a limited-edition Emerging from Shadow mālā , a piece born from the Samhain season. Pre-orders are now open, and a portion of each mālā supports The Well directly.

Each mālā is handmade by Ray, and all who order will receive their piece in time for our virtual Solstice Grief Circle on Sunday December 21st, 2025 from 5-6:30pm PST. This will be a space to gather in the season of shadow, honor what’s stirring within, and explore meditation with your mālā as a grounded anchor.

Mermaid Movement — November 7

Join me for my final Mermaid Movement experience of 2025. A Samhain-inspired flow with candlelight, ritual, and a few shadowy surprises to honor this turning toward the dark.

A Reminder: Season of Devotion

As we move deeper into the quiet months, I’ve opened a few spaces for more personal, guided work through the Season of Devotion offerings. These are more intimate ways for us to work together and deepen our relationships. You can revisit the full details here.
