I get this question a lot, so maybe you're kinda wondering, too- What exactly is Leadership Academy?

It's a fair question. It doesn't fit neatly into one box. It's not really a mastermind. It's not really a course. It's not really a membership. And at the same time, it's kind of like all three of those things.

How it's like a mastermind: you're entering a space with other women who are building something of their own. Peer support, accountability, collaboration, perspective, and the magic that happens when women are building alongside one another. We aren't creating cookie cutter leaders. Each woman here builds her own legacy, in her own community, in her own way.

How it's like a course: there is a curriculum. The hybrid academy gives you actual methods, frameworks, systems, and the philosophy behind the MM approach to leadership and community building. And there's an in-person certification weekend, where you learn the Mermaid Movement formula, a movement modality I gift to MM leaders as another tool for their leadership vault.

How it's like a membership: and this is probably the part that makes MM Leadership really different. The relationship doesn't end when the Academy does. There are ongoing Leadership Roundtables every month: opportunities to teach, practice, share, collaborate, learn from one another, and continue building your leadership within the MM community.

*But unlike a traditional membership, there isn't another monthly or annual fee waiting for you after certification. You aren't paying indefinitely to remain in the room. You become part of the room.

The Academy isn't designed to create cookie-cutter leaders. The whole point is to send more capable women back into their own homes & communities, weaving the tools, language, confidence, and leadership practices into their own magic.

That's the ripple.

Cohort 8 is open now:

• $699 to enroll upon application acceptance. Payment plan options are available.
• Cohort content runs September 1 - October 1, with exact session dates TBD.
• In-person certification weekend is October 2-4 here in Temecula.
• Leader Roundtables are all-cohort inclusive and ongoing, every month on the 11th at 11 am pst.
