Head to Home Yoga on Friday night to get out of the head and into the body at this Beltane inspired Mermaid Movement Experience. This evening is all about embodiment and connection — a movement-based medicine circle to get us grounded and glowing.

🌸 Part Two: May 10th at the Well Woman Gathering

We’re celebrating one year of The Wheel of the Woman with a FREE nourishing gathering at Elektrik Studio. Think spring yoga, reflection, seasonal tea, sound healing, picture perfect moments, and a peek at what it means to live the Wheel.

✨ Whether you’ve already signed up for camp or are just curious, this weekend is your chance to feel the vibe.
